About the Role

PPIC Technologies is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with business process understanding. This is not a traditional AI engineering role—we're looking for product-minded engineers who enjoy working directly with enterprise users to understand their challenges and build AI-powered workflow solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You should be comfortable discussing business processes with finance, HR, operations, sales, and marketing teams, while designing and deploying intelligent AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered business applications and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Build AI agents using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent architectures, tool/function calling, memory management, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design scalable APIs and integrate enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, and databases.
• Develop secure, scalable cloud-native applications with strong governance, authentication, and data privacy practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive AI-powered products that improve productivity and decision-making.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve product usability and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in full-stack software or product engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, vector databases, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise workflows.
• Experience designing REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication (OAuth, SSO, OIDC) and secure application design.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
