About InvestorHub InvestorHub helps listed companies own their investor relationships. Our platform gives ASX-listed companies the sales and marketing tools to engage investors directly, including announcements, engagement analytics, registry insight and investor communications, so they can grow and defend their register without depending on intermediaries. What you'll do at InvestorHub You'll be responsible for the work our clients actually see. Every investor hub, email template and demo build that goes out over this period comes through you. We're covering our Forward Deployed Designer while he's on parental leave from early October to mid-December. This is business-as-usual client work with live deadlines, and the brief is well defined: you're keeping a busy pipeline moving to a high standard, not redesigning the system underneath it. Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities prepare new clients' hubs for their onboarding kick-off, including a home page that makes a strong first impression, branded email templates and the setup admin, implement hub review feedback once the client provides it, and take hubs through to launch-ready, handle change requests from customer success, sales and clients, from minor edits through to the larger rebrands and layout uplifts that sit beyond what CS can do themselves, polish demo hubs for the sales team, where a well-considered home page is usually enough to make the point, and support general design requests across the business when there's capacity beyond the day-to-day. You'll sit close to our customer success and sales teams, and report to our Head of Customer Success. Much of the role is anticipating what's needed rather than waiting to be briefed: you'll draw the context you need from onboarding conversations and client documents, and manage expectations with CSMs, AEs and clients directly. The contract opens with a two to three week handover from our designer, so you'll be trained on the platform and familiar with the client list before he goes. What's out of scope This is live cover, so the brief is deliberately contained. The contract doesn't include setting or owning design direction, proactive hub uplifts, or logo creation and brand guideline development. Video and photo editing is a bonus if you have it, but it isn't expected. About You What you'll bring to the role Familiarity with AI tools, or a genuine willingness to learn them. You should be able to write a prompt precise enough to get the output you had in mind. Experience with Claude is a bonus. Confident design judgement. You can make decisions about layout, hierarchy, type and colour without needing a brief for each one, explain the thinking behind them, and recognise when something isn't working yet. Experience designing within an established brand guide. Confident stakeholder management across the customer success squad, the wider business and external clients, both in writing and in person. Sound organisational habits, meaning you can plan your day, week and cycle, keep track of your workload, and raise risks early. The ability to pick up complex software quickly. Ours is a deep platform, and you'll be building in it from early on.
