About Goodspace

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with product, engineering, and customers to solve complex problems, deploy AI-powered solutions, and bridge the gap between software development and real-world implementation.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize product implementations.
• Build integrations using APIs and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product capabilities.
• Develop scripts, dashboards, and internal tools.
• Document solutions and best practices.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of software engineering experience (internships included).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, LLMs, or automation platforms.
