What you can expect In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, provide AI and Agentic Search expertise, and help close deals from a technical perspective. Agentic Search is a flagship feature of Zoom AI Companion that enables organizations to unlock the full value of their knowledge and conversations. Agentic Search connects Zoom Meetings, Team Chat, Docs, and third-party apps so employees can instantly find relevant information, conversations, decisions, and context in one experience. Responsibilities Partnering with Technical Sales: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide deep technical expertise in AI and Agentic Search capabilities. Contributing Design: Architect and design Agentic Search solutions that leverage Zoom AI Companion to meet customer requirements. Working with infrastructure: Maintain comprehensive understanding of our infrastructure, systems, and technical architecture to confidently address customer questions and concern. Pre-Sales Support: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations with prospective customers. Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating the value of Agentic Search and AI capabilities effectively to customers. Educating sales teams on AI, search technologies, and technical differentiators to improve their effectiveness. What we’re looking fo r Have 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles. Need a deep understanding of Agentic Search technologies, information retrieval, and AI/ML concepts. Demonstrate knowledge of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and scalable architectures. Have a proven track record of partnering with sales teams to close enterprise deals. Own an excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Need to have experience with AI technologies, natural language processing, or conversational AI platforms. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
