Cemerlang Rumah Tani manufactures high-quality organic brown sugar using strong local resources and experienced producers in West Java. Role Description The Founder (part-time, remote) will provide strategic leadership and direction for PT. Cemerlang Rumah Tani, overseeing business growth, partnerships, and brand positioning in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping long-term vision, making key decisions on product development and market expansion, and guiding operational priorities across tea and organic brown sugar lines. The Founder will collaborate with local farm and manufacturing teams, maintain relationships with suppliers and buyers, and represent the company in negotiations and strategic alliances. This role also involves monitoring business performance, ensuring product quality standards, and identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience setting vision and driving business growth.
• Business development and relationship management skills, ideally with exposure to export or agricultural sectors.
• Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes, or agribusiness operations, especially in food and beverage or commodities.
• Financial and analytical skills to review performance metrics, budgets, and investment decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and remote teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, sustainable, and quality-focused business practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, International Trade, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is valued.
• Prior entrepreneurial or founder-level experience, or senior leadership experience in a growing company, is highly advantageous.
