Our team combines ex-Google engineers and experienced startup operators. We’re now expanding across Europe — and looking for a driven Founder’s Associate Intern to help us scale fore ai to the next level. In this role, you’ll be working directly with one of our founders and CRO - who previously built a world-class sales organization from the ground up. You will also be closely involved with the GTM team and support in Business Development activities for the DACH market.

Your Role

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders across operations, sales, product, and strategy. You’ll help drive key projects, prepare materials for customers and investors, and ensure that ideas turn into measurable results.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building an ambitious AI startup from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the founders in daily operations and strategic initiatives

• Research and qualify enterprise prospects (banks, insurers, e-commerce companies)

• Prepare pitch decks, PoC documents, and market analyses for customers and investors

• Organize meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain internal tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)

• Coordinate hiring, events, and internal growth projects

• Contribute to go-to-market, fundraising, and product initiatives

Your Profile

• German speaker, fluent in English (both required)

• Based in Germany

• Academic or professional background in business, tech, or startups

• Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style

• Strong interest in AI, software, and B2B SaaS

• Comfortable with modern tools (Notion, HubSpot, Figma, Google Workspace)

• Bonus: Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.)
