Founder’s Associate
Build Consultancy Circle (buildpsychology.com) · Mostly remote, Lebanon · Full-time
Most first jobs put you in a corner of someone else’s system and ask you to stay there. This one puts you next to the person running the business, on the problems that actually decide whether it grows.
Who we are
Build Consultancy Circle exists to raise the standard of therapy in Lebanon and for Lebanese expats everywhere.
Finding the right therapist shouldn’t be a gamble. At Build, it isn’t. Every therapist who joins us is vetted, screened, and interviewed until only the very best remain, so patients never waste their time on the wrong help. Every patient is matched to the therapist who fits them, never randomly assigned, and every single case is supervised weekly by our clinical department. Human-first, evidence-based care, with the structure of a real organization behind every session: training, SOPs, and quality control.
That quality-first model has grown us to five clinics (Badaro, Jdeideh, Jbeil, Saida, Aley), online therapy, psychometric assessments, corporate programs, and a team of 24 therapists. Founder-led and profitable.
The role
The co-founder sets the direction. You turn it into finished projects. And your work feeds back into the direction itself: your research, numbers, and project results are what the co-founder uses to make the next decision.
This is a generalist seat, not a lane. You’ll be sent wherever the most important unsolved problem is: pricing one week, a CRM build the next, a hiring sprint after that. You’ll touch every lever of the business: traffic, conversion rate, LTV, operations, and delivery. As you learn the business, you’ll be trusted to find those problems yourself.
And the work means something. Every system you build improves the experience of real patients: better matching, proper follow-up, no one falling through the cracks. Good operations here is not an abstraction. It’s someone getting the care they need.
You won’t be handed SOPs. You’ll get direction, context, and trust. Then you’ll make sure the SOPs get built, working with the people who know each process best, so messy, undocumented work becomes systems the team can run without you.
One rule governs everything: every initiative gets tested, and data decides whether it lives or dies. Your ideas won’t sit in a document waiting for someone’s approval. They’ll be tested in the real market, with real money, within weeks.
You’ll operate as a true right hand to the co-founder. Most careers make you wait a decade for a seat like this; this role compresses it into a few years.
Your first mission
Your first weeks are spent inside the business as it runs today: the spreadsheets, the follow-ups, the monthly numbers, the parts that are held together by hand. You’ll feel where it hurts before you touch anything.
Then you take on our biggest infrastructure project: building Build’s data backbone. One connected system, from first click to last session, replacing the patchwork we run on now. You’ll own the project end to end, with direction from the co-founder and a specialist alongside you for the technical build.
This is patient experience work as much as tech work: a connected system means proper follow-up for every patient, and a way to bring back the ones who quietly dropped off instead of losing them.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll sit at the center of a small team. The sales team, who handle every new patient enquiry.
Marketing, meaning our media buyer and the co-founder himself. Our operations manager, who keeps the clinics and the schedule running. Our finance team, who you’ll work alongside on the monthly close. And our website and backend developer, who builds what you design.
You’ll also hire and manage specialists of your own, starting with the technical team who build the CRM.
Small team, no layers. You’ll speak to everyone, most weeks.
Beyond the first mission
Three things are always true in this role:
Here’s where that shows up.
Systems and data
Growth
People and coordination
You won’t do all of this at once. We’ll point you at what matters most, and the scope grows as you do.
