About Magentic AI:

Magentic AI helps businesses solve real problems using AI, automation, software, and consulting. We are not interested in building AI tools for the sake of it. We care about whether the work saves time, improves operations, drives revenue, or helps people do better work.

About the role:

True to the job title, your work could span almost anything. You could be helping with a client conversation one day, improving an internal process the next, contributing to product decisions, creating content, supporting hiring, or taking ownership of an escalation.

This is not a narrow role. You will eventually own the function you are strongest in, but you will start by working closely with the founders and contributing wherever the business needs you most.

We are primarily looking for people who can contribute across one or more of these areas:

• Technology & Product
• Content Creation
• Consulting & Sales
• Operations & Delivery

You do not need to be good at everything. The ability to connect the dots, learn quickly, and apply yourself across functions matters more to us than vertical depth.

Prerequisites: There are none.

• For this role, we do not care much about qualifications, conventional career paths, or technical backgrounds.
• We care about aptitude, agency, creativity, judgment, communication, and the ability to figure things out without waiting for a playbook.
• We are more interested in how you think, communicate, and approach unfamiliar problems than in reading a conventional resume. If you have any work that demonstrates these qualities, please attach it to your application.

Who we're looking for:

• Someone thoughtful, ambitious, optimistic about AI, and interested in helping shape how it is adopted across India and the world.
• Someone who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, asks good questions, and cares about the work they do.
• As we grow, we also intend to invest in meaningful social impact initiatives. Intelligence and execution matter, but so do empathy, curiosity, and a genuine sense of responsibility for the kind of work we are doing.

You will work directly with the founders, have significant autonomy, and experience very little friction between sharing an idea and making it happen. This role will suit someone who enjoys ambiguity, variety, and responsibility.

This role will not suit someone who is looking for a tightly defined job description, a fixed set of tasks, or rigid SOPs.

Location: Gurugram, Mumbai, remote, or other cities where we establish a presence, depending on the role.
