About the Role

As a Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-priority business and product initiatives. This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, working across teams, and taking projects from idea to execution.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Research markets, competitors, customers, and new opportunities.
• Analyze business and product data to support decision-making.
• Own projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business analyses.
• Identify problems and independently develop solutions.
• Support new experiments and initiatives across the company.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; freshers with exceptional academic, internship, or project experience are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentations.

Good to Have

• Startup or consulting experience.
• Experience with product, strategy, operations, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity tools.
• Experience building or launching a project independently.
