Dragale Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian aerospace startup developing next-generation UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft for medical missions. Our mission is to transform emergency healthcare by enabling faster transportation of organs, blood, vaccines, laboratory samples, emergency medical supplies, and, in the future, rapid patient transportation through eVTOL air ambulances.

We are looking for ambitious and research-driven individuals to join our Founder's Office, where you'll work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Intern – Market Intelligence & Strategy, you will support the company's strategic decision-making by conducting research across the UAV, eVTOL, aviation, healthcare, and advanced air mobility sectors. Your insights will contribute to product positioning, market expansion, partnership development, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on the UAV, eVTOL, aviation, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industries.
• Analyze competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Research hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, emergency medical service providers, and government organizations as potential customers.
• Identify strategic partnership and business development opportunities.
• Monitor aviation regulations, drone policies, and eVTOL regulatory developments.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, strategic presentations, and competitive analyses.
• Support go-to-market planning and market expansion initiatives.
• Present research findings with actionable recommendations.
