About Us NeoSigma is a product-driven research lab building the intelligence layer that helps close the feedback loop between your customers, products, and AI systems. We are a small, intensely technical team of researchers and engineers who have trained frontier-scale models and widely used AI products and agents at MIT, Parallel Web, Essential AI, Apple, and Amazon. The Role We are looking for a Founding GTM/Product Engineer to build NeoSigma’s go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders across pipeline, customer conversations, positioning, and product feedback, with a strong bias toward execution. You will own ambiguous GTM problems, run fast experiments, and build the systems and automations that make what works repeatable. What you'll do Find high-potential customers and move opportunities from first interaction to close. Own pipeline end-to-end and keep every high-value opportunity moving. Turn customer conversations into sharper product, positioning, and GTM decisions. Build AI agents, automations, and workflows that make GTM faster and more scalable. Run rapid experiments across outbound, content, channels, pricing, and new markets. Turn what works manually into systems that should never need to be manual again. What we look for Extremely high agency. You create structure, move fast, and do not wait for instructions. Deeply AI-native. Agents, automations, and new AI tools are part of how you work every day. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to sell complex technical products. Sharp product thinking with enough technical depth to understand AI systems and workflows. Experience running discovery calls, handling objections, and moving deals through to close. Experience in B2B SaaS sales or marketing, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and go-to-market motions, is a strong plus.
