AdConversion helps B2B SaaS companies scale pipeline through paid media, creative, measurement, and experimentation. We're not a traditional agency. We believe the best advertisers think like investors and execute like scientists, with decisions driven by data, experimentation, and revenue rather than vanity metrics.
We manage more than $40M in annual ad spend and work with some of the most sophisticated B2B SaaS marketing teams. Now we're building the next piece of that system: Conversion Rate Optimization.
We're looking for a Founding CRO Project Manager to help us build and run it.
This isn't a traditional project management job where your primary responsibility is updating tasks and checking deadlines. You'll be one of the first people helping us build our CRO practice from the ground up.
You'll sit at the center of our CRO clients and coordinate across strategy, copy, design, development, analytics, Performance Marketing, and client stakeholders to keep experiments continuously moving from: Idea → Prioritization → Production → Launch → Learning
Your mission is simple:
Keep our clients aligned, our experimentation pipelines full, and our tests moving.
You'll work directly with AdConversion's leadership team to help shape the processes, systems, client experience, and operating model that we eventually scale across the entire CRO practice.
Client Experience
You'll be the primary point of contact for CRO clients.
You'll lead onboarding and kickoffs, coordinate access and approvals, run recurring CRO calls, communicate results and next steps, and make sure clients always understand:
What's live? What's being built? What's next? What are we learning?
Experimentation Pipeline
Every client will have multiple conversion pipelines and an ongoing roadmap of experiments.
You'll make sure we're continuously maintaining experiments that are:
At any moment, you should know what's moving, what's blocked, who owns the blocker, and whether we're on pace to hit our experimentation goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
You'll coordinate work across:
You'll keep experiments moving through:
Hypothesis → Approval → Copy → Design → Development → QA → Launch → Measurement → Learning
You won't personally need to execute every step.
Your job is to make sure the system moves.
Building the CRO Operating System
This is the part that makes the role unique.
We're still building this practice.
You'll help us improve:
We don't want someone who simply follows a mature playbook.
We want someone excited to help us build the playbook.
You're probably the kind of person who sees a messy project and immediately starts organizing it.
You naturally think about: What's next? Who owns it? What's blocked? When is it due?
You're proactive enough to identify problems before they become emergencies.
You're also:
Most importantly, things don't fall through the cracks when you own them.
No.
Previous experience with CRO, experimentation, landing pages, or A/B testing is a plus, but it's not a requirement.
We're much more interested in finding an exceptional operator who can learn CRO than finding a CRO expert who happens to know project management.
We'll surround you with experienced marketers and CRO expertise so you can develop quickly.
Experience in any of these areas is helpful:
Experience with these is helpful, but we'll teach you what you don't know:
You'll know you're doing a great job when:
Our initial target is approximately 4 experiments launched per client per month, with additional experiments continuously live, being built, and ready next.
🏗️ Build something from the ground up
You're not inheriting someone else's mature CRO department.
You'll help create the systems, processes, tools, and client experience that define how AdConversion delivers CRO. That "build rather than inherit" opportunity is also central to how we've structured other founding roles at AdConversion.
🚀 Work directly with the founder and leadership team
You'll have direct exposure to company leadership and meaningful influence over how we build and scale this business unit.
🧠 Learn an extremely valuable skill
You'll develop hands-on expertise in CRO, experimentation, analytics, landing pages, and B2B SaaS growth while working alongside experienced marketers.
🌎 Work from anywhere
We're a remote company with an international team. The role is open globally.
🏖️ Unlimited PTO
We care about your output and ownership, not tracking how many vacation days you've accumulated.
🕐 Tremendous flexibility
We believe great people do their best work when they're given autonomy and flexibility.
You'll have significant freedom over how you structure your work while still being accountable to clients and the team.
💻 Build systems, not bureaucracy
We actively look for better ways to operate, whether that's automation, AI, new internal tools, or completely rethinking an existing process.
📈 Grow with the practice
You're joining at the beginning.
As CRO grows, there's an opportunity for this role to grow into broader ownership across CRO Operations, Client Strategy, and eventually team leadership.
Remote, worldwide.
We're intentionally recruiting internationally and care much more about finding the right person than where they happen to live. You should have enough working-hour overlap with our clients and internal team to lead calls and coordinate work effectively.
$2,000–$3,000 USD/month, depending on experience.
If you're someone who loves turning complexity into clarity, working directly with clients, keeping teams moving, and building systems from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
