About the Role

We are looking for a Founding CTO (Technical Co-Founder) to build Pacific Treasury from the ground up.

This is not a traditional engineering job.

You’ll work directly with the founder to define the technical vision, build the MVP, make key architectural decisions, and grow the engineering team as the company scales.

This is an opportunity to help shape a company from day one.

What We are Looking For

You don't need to meet every requirement, but experience in the following areas is highly valued:

* Full-stack development (React, Next.js, TypeScript)

* Backend architecture (Node.js/NestJS, Go, or similar)

* PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure

* API-first product development

* AI/LLM applications and AI agents

* Startup mindset with strong ownership

* Excellent problem-solving skills

Experience in fintech, treasury, payments, or accounting software is a strong plus.
