What You’ll Do:
AI-Accelerated Development
: Lead our adoption of cutting-edge AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin to dramatically accelerate our engineering velocity and code quality
Stablecoin Platform Evolution
: Build on our existing React Native/Expo foundation, making critical architectural decisions as we scale to handle millions of stablecoin transactions globally
Full-Stack Innovation
: Expand our backend infrastructure, mobile platform, and stablecoin payment systems that serve users across multiple countries and currencies
Founding Team Impact
: Shape technical direction, engineering culture, and hiring decisions as a core founding team member with significant equity upside
International Scale
: Architect solutions for stablecoin transfers, multi-currency wallets, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
What You Bring:
Proven full-stack expertise
with React Native/Expo and modern backend technologies
AI development experience
- familiarity with AI coding assistants and modern development workflows strongly preferred
Crypto/stablecoin or fintech experience
preferred - you understand blockchain integration and international money movement
Scale mindset
- you can evolve existing systems while building new capabilities for rapid growth
