Neodustria is a Swiss deep-tech venture headquartered in the Canton of Jura, with a clear ambition: to build Europe's next-generation Industrial Intelligence Platform.

We are currently looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer - with deep expertise in Golang distributed systems and advanced 3D meshing - to help build the distributed technology platform powering the next generation of industrial engineering.

This is far more than a standard engineering role. It is an opportunity to architect the core platform that will orchestrate Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Simulation, Industrial Knowledge, Scientific Computing, and cloud-native infrastructure into a unified environment serving manufacturers worldwide.

THE FOUNDER TRACK: EQUITY-FIRST TO FULL-TIME

The Founder Track is designed for exceptional individuals who wish to act as true co-creators during Neodustria's critical development phase.

This is an equity-first position that transitions into a full-time salaried role. We are looking for builders prepared to invest their expertise in exchange for ownership, rather than pursuing immediate short-term compensation.

The Structure:

• Phase 1: Equity-First Co-Creation (6 Months): A structured collaboration period where you will earn significant founder-level equity (sweat equity/vesting) as we build the core technology and prove our technical excellence, engineering execution, and shared ambition.
• Phase 2: Transition to Permanent Leadership (Salary + Equity): Upon reaching predefined mutual milestones , you will seamlessly transition into a permanent leadership position. This phase includes a highly competitive compensation package combining a base salary with continued, long-term equity participation.

Building a deep-tech company requires deep conviction. Leadership here is earned through execution, not promised in advance.

Industry Experience Industrial software platform experience is a massive plus. We particularly value backgrounds in: Automotive | Railway | Aerospace & Aviation | Naval & Maritime | Construction | Industrial Equipment | Micro-Precision Manufacturing | Robotics | Advanced Manufacturing
