Founding GTM Engineer - CMO track · Retailgrid (remote, EU/EET±2)

Retailgrid is an AI-native retail pricing platform (Helsinki, Finland). We're post-revenue, founder-led, and our GTM engine is already built. We need the person who runs it and scales it.

What you'll inherit (not build from scratch):

• A prospecting engine: Clay sourcing + enrichment, HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns, Instantly cold email with warmed infrastructure
• A content & SEO machine: Semrush/Ahrefs, a keyword database, weekly publishing workflows, AI-search (AEO) visibility program
• Automation everywhere: Make scenarios wiring replies into HubSpot and Slack, plus AI agents running weekly prospecting, content, and SEO workflows
• An email agency running a parallel outbound motion

What you'll do:

• Own pipeline: your number is qualified meetings booked with retail decision-makers (CEO/CFO/CCO at 200–10,000-employee retailers across CEE, Nordics, UK/IE, US/CA, AU/NZ)
• Run and iterate every channel: outbound email, LinkedIn, SEO/AEO, content — copy, targeting, deliverability, experiments
• Build the reporting: know exactly which channel produced which meeting and which deal
• Level up: as the machine scales, so do you — GTM Engineer → Head of Growth → CMO, with written progression criteria

You're probably:

• 1–4 years into GTM engineering, growth, or outbound — at an agency, a sales-tech company, or your own project
• Fluent in the modern stack (Clay or similar, a sender like Instantly/Smartlead/lemlist, a LinkedIn tool, Make/n8n/Zapier, a CRM) — and in using AI agents to multiply yourself
• Someone with receipts: campaigns you built, reply rates you can quote, a machine you can walk us through
• Self-driven to the point of being annoying about it — this is a founding role with a founder, not a managed job

Why this instead of another agency gig: you own one machine end-to-end, keep the upside (bonus on every deal your pipeline closes + real equity), and get a title path no agency can offer.
