About Bridge Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we are scaling rapidly. The Role This is a high-ownership, high-leverage seat. As Bridge's first dedicated GTM Ops hire, you'll own and level up the go-to-market operating system we already run on: sharpening HubSpot as a clean backbone, wiring the full stack — Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management — into one source of truth, automating the manual work that slows things down, building a repeatable outbound engine, and standing up the enablement layer that puts deal-level answers at reps' fingertips. The through-line is simple: help our sellers and account managers sell confidently and autonomously. You'll partner directly with the Head of Growth with a mandate to grow revenue without adding headcount. What You'll Own Own and level up the GTM tech stack. You'll start with a full audit of the current stack, covering tools, data flows, and gaps, in your first 30 days, then re-architect HubSpot with clean pipeline stages, properties, and required fields. From there, marketing, sales, onboarding, and account management operate from a single source of truth, with tool redundancy eliminated and a documented cost and usage baseline in place. Free up selling time and increase revenue per seller. You'll baseline how reps and AMs actually spend their time and inventory the manual work slowing them down, then automate the highest-impact workflows, like activity logging, enrichment, and follow-up triggers. You're accountable for a measurable drop in admin time and revenue per seller trending up against baseline, using automation and AI as the tools to get there. Power outbound pipeline generation. You'll build a repeatable outbound process and deliver prioritized, high-quality lead lists that sellers actually trust, centralizing and enriching account signals, like firmographic, intent, and engagement data, to fuel targeting and "why now" context. Success means supporting our goal of sourcing the majority of leads from outbound, with lead routing and scoring live and tied to capacity. Build enablement and deal self-service. The overall deal process is repeatable, but the nuance in each deal isn't, and that nuance shouldn't live in any one person's head. You'll document and systematize it so reps can self-serve answers on what we can support and sell compliantly, or route quickly to the right SME, measurably reducing the time senior team members spend fielding deal questions. Deliver analytics, insights, and decision support. Core GTM dashboards, covering pipeline, conversion, deal risk, rep capacity, forecast, and outbound performance, go live, backed by a weekly and monthly reporting cadence with the Head of Growth. Forecast accuracy and data-hygiene standards meet agreed thresholds, with self-serve reporting enabled for GTM leaders. Build for future scale. You'll put in place a scalable, documented systems architecture with clear ownership, a roadmap for owning marketing systems and demand-gen infrastructure next, and a decision-ready recommendation on GTM ops resourcing and tooling going forward. Who You Are 5–8+ years in Revenue, GTM, or Sales Ops at early-stage startups. You have the RevOps background, but you think like an engineer and you're allergic to bureaucracy. Deeply hands-on in HubSpot. You've architected it, not just administered it. Highly analytical and able to self-serve on data. You don't wait on someone else to pull a report. You use automation and applied AI as practical tools; genuinely excited about what they unlock for a GTM team, and you know how to actually ship them. A senior generalist and builder. You're comfortable owning and leveling up an existing system in ambiguity, without a playbook handed to you. You care that reps sell the right, supportable, compliant thing, not just that they sell. Opinionated but collaborative. You'll push back, and you'll bring people along. Not a CRM admin, ticket-taker, sales manager, or big-company operator. You measure yourself by the team's productivity, not by tickets closed. Why Bridge? This is a true founding ops seat: you own the go-to-market operating system that Bridge runs on, with real stakes behind it. You'll have direct partnership with the Head of Growth, full scope from day one, and a genuine mandate to use automation and AI to make a lean team punch far above its weight. If you've ever looked at a GTM stack and known you could make the whole team sharper, this is that job. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and equity package. Given Bridge's funding and stage, we heavily value the potential upside from equity. The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $158,000 – $178,000 per year USD.
