Underneath both is a data layer, the largest dataset of real services pricing and outcomes anywhere, that makes every match smarter than the last. The timing is the whole point. The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it. Role summary Own the Execution Layer As our Founding PM, you will own the algorithmic and feature roadmap alongside the CEO and VP of Engineering. The Founder owns the macro strategy and pricing; you own making it ship - measurably, predictably, and beautifully. What you'll own Core Marketplace Mechanics : Design and optimize matching logic, cascading requests, tiering systems, dispute resolution, and escrow workflows.  Al Feature Roadmap : Lead the integration of advanced LLM features (brief parsing, automated SOW generation, dynamic pricing models).  Data & Infrastructure : Own the event taxonomy, instrumentation, and data models. Build essential admin tooling for our internal operations team.  Agile Shipping : Write sharp PRDs in a day (not a week), coauthor technical designs with engineering, and run lean experiments and release plans. Who we're looking for Experience: 5+ years of PM experience (with at least 2+ years in a Senior/Lead role). You have at least one real 0->1 product launch under your belt. Highly Technical: You hold a CS/EE degree or have a strong engineering background. You can read code, write your own SQL queries, design data models, and lead rigorous technical reviews. Al Production Savvy: You have successfully shipped LLM features in production (using GPT/Claude/Gemini, RAG, or embeddings) and know how to prototype in Python or JavaScript. Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Marketplaces, Fintech, two-sided platforms, or B2B Saas. Mindset: High agency, low ego. You thrive in the fast-paced, high-autonomy "founder-mode" chaos. Communication: Fluent English is a must (Mandarin is a big plus). This role is NOT for you if You require heavily defined corporate processes. You view "strategy" as your primary day-to-day job rather than rolling up your sleeves to execute. You are looking for a standard backlog-grooming / ticket-passing role.
