Founding React Native Engineer - Remote Talent Sherpa are partnered with a stealth startup in the fintech space, currently building out their founding team. The team are launching a B2C product focusing on the GCC region. They are already operating, with regulatory approval already secured. The Role Join a very small engineering team, you'll work on multiple 0-1 initiatives independently with ownership. This role will require critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to move with speed and quality Requirements 2-8 years building consumer facing products (various positions at various levels) Experience working in early stage startups (e.g. as founding engineer) Recent experience with React Native Interview process: Culture interview with Founder Technical and Culture interview with CTO Salary: $4500 - $8000 (depending on level) Location: Remote - must be able/willing to work GST timezone Department Software Engineering Locations Dubai Remote status Fully Remote About Talent Sherpa Talent Sherpa partners with startups and scaleups in the Middle East, US and APAC.
