This is a unique opportunity to help build the recruiting engine for one of healthcare's fastest-growing workforce technology companies while working directly with the Founder & CEO.

About the Role

As Founding Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for imaging professionals across the United States while partnering with leading hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.

You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a key role in shaping how recruiting is executed as the company continues to grow.

You'll be expected to own your territory, build your pipeline, and consistently deliver results. Success in this role is measured by placements, relationships, and revenue generated.

Your primary responsibility is identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional medical imaging professionals while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and employers.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit imaging professionals across all radEmploy client markets.
• Build relationships with imaging professionals across all major modalities.
• Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, screening, and qualification.
• Present qualified candidates to employers in a timely manner.
• Manage candidate pipelines within the radEmploy platform and ATS.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build long-term talent pipelines.
• Own recruiting performance across your assigned territory and consistently deliver placement goals.
• Partner directly with the Founder & CEO and Head of Operations.
• Understand employer hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Meet recruiting KPIs while contributing directly to company revenue.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Medical imaging recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare staffing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for direct hire, contract, travel, and per diem positions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Highly organized.

• Comfortable using AI to improve recruiting

Compensation & Benefits

We believe exceptional recruiters should be rewarded for exceptional performance.

Expected First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Base + Commission ($90,000 - $130,000+, no cap on commission)

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. This role is designed for recruiters who believe their earning potential should be driven by performance, not capped by salary.
