Founding SDR

Location: Remote, Mumbai Based / Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

JDMC International is hiring its first team member for a new consumer products vertical.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll work directly with leadership to help build a business from the ground up- driving growth across field sales, e-commerce marketplaces, and new distribution channels. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with premium B2B customers and channel partners.
• Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.
• Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online channels.
• Support growth through social commerce and digital sales initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and help execute the company's go-to-market strategy.
• Work closely with leadership on sales planning, customer acquisition, and business development.
  

We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.).
• 1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
• Proficient with Excel and standard business tools.
