Founding Solutions Engineer - AI Agents

Location: Oslo — hybrid from StartupLab + remote

We’re the team behind Cloudgeni and OpenGeni. We’ve raised $1M in pre-seed funding and work with customers including Posten, Hydro and Havila. We build AI agents and the infrastructure needed to run them in real production environments — across business workflows, software products and cloud infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer with hands-on experience deploying AI agents into production.

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy AI agents in production
• Work directly with customers to define and implement use cases
• Integrate agents with APIs, tools, data and enterprise systems
• Build reliable execution, guardrails, approvals and observability
• Prototype quickly and turn prototypes into production systems
• Work across business workflows, software products and cloud infrastructure

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience deploying AI agents in production
• Strong Python / software engineering skills
• Experience with LLMs, agents, APIs and integrations
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Strong ownership and ability to operate with ambiguity
• Cloud / DevOps experience is a plus
