About Quotik

Quotik is an AI-powered quotation platform built for builders and landscapers. We're solving a problem every tradesperson knows: pricing up jobs is slow, inconsistent, and eats into time that should be spent on the tools or growing the business

We've already got a live prototype at quotik.co.uk — including a homeowner quote flow, builder signup and dashboard, admin backend, and subscription/payments — built and validated as a working proof of concept. We're now focused on onboarding our first cohort of builders across Merseyside and Cheshire and turning early traction into a scalable product.

The Opportunity

We're building out our founding team and looking for technical partners to take Quotik from prototype to production. These are equity-based founding roles, not contractor positions — you'll have genuine ownership in the business and a real say in its direction.

We're looking to fill the following:

AI/ML Developer

• Design and build the AI-driven quoting engine at the core of Quotik

• Develop and refine models for pricing, job estimation, and automation

• Work closely with the rest of the founding team to translate real builder feedback into smarter, more accurate outputs

Full Stack Developer

• Own the core web platform — homeowner quote flow, builder dashboard, admin backend, subscriptions/payments

• Take the existing prototype and rebuild/scale it into a production-grade platform

• Make key decisions on architecture, stack, infrastructure, and security

App Developer

• Lead development of Quotik's mobile app experience for builders and homeowners

• Translate the web platform's core functionality into a smooth, on-the-go mobile experience

• Help define the mobile product roadmap as usage grows

What You Bring

• Strong relevant technical experience in your area (AI/ML, full stack, or mobile app development)

• Comfort taking a product from early-stage/prototype to production

• A builder's mindset — happy to move fast, get hands-on, and make pragmatic decisions in a resource-constrained environment

• Genuine belief in the problem we're solving and appetite for the risk/reward of an early-stage startup

About the Founder

I'm Matty Brookes, founder of M Brookes Ventures, with a background in project management, data, and operations. I'm building Quotik alongside consulting and other ventures, fully committed to seeing this through — and looking for the right people to build it properly, together.
