Team mission Our FP&A team is all about empowering sustainable growth through strategic financial planning and data-driven insights, as a trusted business partner. You'll be a key contributor to the team's operational excellence while gaining comprehensive exposure to FP&A at a high-growth company. Your mission Build and maintain the dashboards that power some of our most critical business processes , turning raw datasets into the reporting our leadership relies on, including accurate and refreshed weekly & monthly business reports Analyze business and financial performance , conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root cause and support budget, forecast and month-end activities Support forecast process improvements through automation of validation checks and reconciliation processes Own the planning-cycle handover , keeping our information up to date while building first-hand knowledge of how FP&A systems are structured and maintained throughout the year Establish centralized documentation repositories for FP&A processes, workflows, and strategic planning materials using collaboration tools Your toolkit Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (enrolled Bachelor’s students must have completed at least 4 semesters) You are curious with an analytical mind and enjoy working with and synthesizing data. You default to AI-assisted ways of working and look for opportunities to automate or accelerate manual tasks. You are a team player, quick to grasp new ideas and have a reliable and conscientious manner You are proficient in standard business tools (Google Suite, MS Office); basic understanding of data warehouse architecture and database querying (e.g. SQL and Python) is a plus.
