FP&A Manager (Food Ingredients)

Your potential is our inspiration. For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead regional financial performance management, identifying opportunities and driving corrective actions Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational results Deliver financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership decision-making Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Provide guidance on pricing strategies and commercial performance optimization Partner with innovation, marketing, and product management teams on new opportunities Support business cases for product launches and market expansion Act as a key financial advisor to regional leadership Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Fiinance experience, ideally in multinational environments Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering Experience supporting commercial teams and driving growth through financial insights Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights Fluent English (written and spoken) High level of integrity and strong business ethics How Would You Stand Out MBA or professional certification (CPA, CIMA, or similar) Experience in food ingredients or manufacturing environments Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions Why Choose Us Be part of a global leader shaping the future of food and sustainability Work in a collaborative and inclusive environment Exposure to regional and global senior stakeholders Opportunity to influence high-impact business decisions Hybrid work model with flexibility Continuous learning and career development opportunities We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
