What You’ll Do as an FP&A Associate: - Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform. - Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes. - Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts. - Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower informed decision-making. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features You have… - +2 years of experience of FP&A, broader Finance or consulting experience - The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results - The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders - Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel - A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs - Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality Benefits Competitive compensation including equity package Competitive vacation policy Medical Insurance L&D budget Access to Meditopia (wellbeing platform) Language courses (English / Spanish) Our Values Customer Obsession: We share the understanding that Abacum's sole purpose is to create value for customers and relentlessly deploy all creativity and energy to that end.
