FP&A Specialist

Job Opening: FP&A Specialist São Paulo, SP - Av. All with a single goal: fun and engaging learning. Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between the finance department and other business units, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization. Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including revenue forecasts, profitability analyses, and cost models. Analyze the P&L, providing commentary on variances versus budget and offering insights to optimize results. Prepare financial reports for presentation to local and global company leadership. Develop and monitor key financial metrics that directly impact business performance. Support financial planning, budget preparation, and monthly forecast reviews, ensuring process accuracy and relevance. Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. Actively participate in strategic meetings and present financial insights to the company leadership team. Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes and implement effective solutions. Participate in various company projects involving Finance, business units, or People (e.g., implementing BI tools, custom dashboards, etc.). Deliver ad-hoc business performance reports. Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience with financial analysis tools. Advanced Excel. Solid knowledge of Financial Planning, budgeting, and performance/investment analysis. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-experts. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage relationships across different areas. Ability to lead projects and initiatives. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions based on broad information sets. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA or Master's degree is a plus. Work Experience: Experience in Corporate Finance, specifically working in Financial Planning. Experience with digital businesses, particularly subscription models, is a plus.
