Engagement: Fractional / Advisory (5–10 hours per month)-US Edtech experience mandatory Location : USA Work Mode: Remote Budget: USD $1,000–$2,500 per month We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. This is a part-time advisory role focused on financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management rather than day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Advise on financial strategy and planning Review accounting and financial reporting processes Provide guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure Identify financial and compliance risks Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-related matters Qualifications CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation US Edtech experience mandatory Experience working with growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies, or acquisitions preferred CPA preferred Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements This role is ideal for a seasoned finance executive looking to provide strategic guidance on a flexible advisory basis.
