Fractional Content Marketer

Job Description This is a remote position. Fractional Content Marketer Overview Seeking a creative and results-driven Fractional Content Marketer to develop and execute content that attracts technical decision-makers, including CTOs, engineers, and AI professionals. The ideal candidate has experience building content engines for B2B technology companies and can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, valuable content without sounding overly promotional. Key Responsibilities Write and publish at least three pieces of content per week across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and the company blog Create content for both the company brand and founders' personal social media profiles Develop educational, thought leadership, and industry-focused content Create lead magnets to generate qualified inbound leads and grow the email list Engage with AI agent communities and other online communities where the target audience is active Track content performance and identify what drives inbound demo bookings Optimize content strategy based on analytics and performance metrics Collaborate with leadership to align content with business goals and product messaging Research industry trends, AI developments, and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities Continuously test new content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies to improve results Platforms & Tools Used LinkedIn X (Twitter) Blog/CMS Platforms Email Marketing Platforms Google Analytics ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI writing tools Content scheduling and social media management platforms SEO and keyword research tools (preferred) Ideal Candidate Experience building content engines for technical B2B companies Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Ability to write for CTOs, engineers, and other technical audiences Experience managing founder and executive personal brands Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, lead generation, and email marketing Familiarity with AI agents, AI tools, and the AI industry is a strong plus Experience using analytics to measure and improve content performance Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Fast learner who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and content strategies Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
