We're looking for a Franchise Operations Specialist to be the operational glue between JunkStart corporate and our franchisees - from the day someone signs their agreement through onboarding, launch, and ongoing support. You'll own training delivery, be a go-to resource for franchisee questions, coordinate new territory launches, keep contracts and compliance on track, and maintain the operations manual that keeps everyone running the same playbook.

This is a great fit for someone who's detail-obsessed, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and energized by supporting small business owners rather than just managing a process on paper.

• Training Facilitation & Onboarding Coordination — Lead new franchisees through onboarding and training so they hit the ground running and are set up to succeed from day one.
• Franchisee Help Desk & Operational Support — Be the first point of contact for franchisee operational questions, resolving issues quickly and keeping franchisees supported day to day.
• Franchise Launch Coordination & Execution — Coordinate and execute new territory launches end-to-end, keeping timelines on track and launches running smoothly.
• Franchise Contracts & Compliance — Manage franchise agreements, disclosures, and renewals with accuracy and on-time execution, keeping the system compliant.
• Core Process & Operations Manual Management — Own and maintain the operations manual and core processes as the single source of truth for the franchise system.
• Operational Projects & Administrative Coordination — Drive operational projects and administrative work to completion, keeping details from falling through the cracks.

• 3–6 years of experience in franchise operations, franchise support, training/onboarding, or a related operations coordination role
• Experience working directly with franchisees, licensees, or independent business owners is a strong plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces (launches, contracts, tickets, projects) at once
• Comfortable being a primary point of contact — clear, patient, and responsive communicator
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus, not required
• Self-starter who's comfortable in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment
