About The Role We're looking for a Franchise Performance Coach to help grow and elevate one of Australia's largest mortgage broker networks. Supporting a portfolio of Aussie Franchise stores, you'll partner with Franchisees to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you'll help franchise businesses unlock their potential through strategic planning, performance coaching, and the successful adoption of Lendi Group initiatives. This is a highly relationship-focused role with plenty of variety. You'll spend around 50% of your time on the road , visiting Franchisees, coaching brokers, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the future of the Aussie network. Drive business growth: Partner with Franchisees to improve sales performance, broker productivity, customer outcomes, and overall business growth across your region. Coach and develop Franchisees: Provide strategic coaching and support to help Franchisees strengthen leadership capability, execute business plans, and achieve key performance targets. Grow the network: Support franchise recruitment, broker growth, store expansion, renewals, succession planning, and market representation initiatives to strengthen the retail network. Champion customer excellence: Embed best practices that improve customer experience, conversion, and settlement outcomes while driving consistent operational excellence across stores. Lead change and adoption: Support the rollout of new products, tools, systems, and strategic initiatives, helping Franchisees successfully adopt new ways of working. Build trusted relationships: Develop strong partnerships with Franchisees, brokers, and internal stakeholders to influence performance and create long-term success. Monitor performance and drive improvement: Use business insights and performance data to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement targeted improvement plans. Promote risk and compliance: Support Franchisees to meet franchise standards, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of responsible business practices. What You'll Bring 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, business development, franchise management, or business consulting within financial services, property, fintech, or another multi-site environment. Proven experience coaching business owners or sales teams to improve commercial performance and customer outcomes. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across a diverse network of stakeholders. Experience leading change and successfully embedding new initiatives, products, or ways of working. Strong understanding of mortgages, lending, property, or complex retail service environments. A self-motivated, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to manage your own region and travel regularly. Nice to Have Experience working with franchise or distributed sales networks. Experience in business planning, franchise lifecycle management, or retail expansion strategies. Exposure to broker recruitment, succession planning, or network growth initiatives.
