Why does this role exist? This position exists to protect the integrity of our client's e-commerce operations and maintain customer trust in their premium wellness brand. The Fraud Analyst will serve as the primary guardian against fraudulent activities across multiple payment platforms while ensuring legitimate customers maintain a seamless experience. As the company handles high-value transactions and sensitive customer information, this role is crucial in maintaining the brand's reputation and financial security. The Impact you’ll make Risk Management & Analysis Review and assess high-risk transactions Identify suspicious patterns in customer behavior Monitor multiple payment gateway activities Implement risk-mitigation protocols Customer Trust Protection Handle sensitive customer interactions with discretion Conduct confidential account reviews Resolve complex situations while maintaining customer satisfaction Uphold community trust standards System & Policy Enhancement Contribute to improving fraud prevention systems Document and update internal security protocols Identify gaps in current fraud prevention measures Recommend process improvements Compliance & Reporting Maintain detailed records of fraud cases Ensure adherence to internal policies Generate and analyze fraud prevention metrics Collaborate with team members on risk evaluation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and empathy skills Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment Experience with multiple payment gateway systems WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
