As our Fraud Operations Team Lead , your mission is to lead our first-line defense against fraud. You'll manage and scale our Fraud Operations team to ensure a quick and accurate resolution for all types of fraud threats, protecting our users and their money. 💡 If successful in the hiring process, the contractual arrangement would look like this:

💡 For the first 3 months, all new hires are required to be in the office 5 days a week to complete the onboarding process, get to know everyone, and immerse themselves in the culture of bunq. After that, the work arrangement will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
