We are currently managing a growing pipeline of active mandates, with a strong footprint across Central and Eastern Europe, and we are expanding our network of specialized recruiters to help us close them.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5. It is an invitation to plug your sourcing skills into our deal flow, operating entirely on your own terms.

How It Works

• Access Active Mandates: Log into our platform and get matched with vetted, open roles that fit your specific industry niche.
• Source Your Way: Use your own network and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, local boards, etc.) to hunt for top talent.
• Screen & Submit: Vet candidates and submit them through the Tallenxis platform. We handle the client coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
• Earn on Success: Get paid a transparent, pre-agreed commission for every successful placement you make.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have at least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting experience.
• You possess a strong understanding of at least one specific niche or industry (e.g., IT, Engineering, Sales, Blue-Collar).
• You have your own sourcing tools and candidate networks (mandatory).
• You are fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
• You understand this is a freelance partnership designed to help you monetize your skills on a per-placement basis.
