Role Description

This part-time Freelance Business Development role is a hybrid position based in Tangerang, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and approaching potential partners, presenting Eureka Partnership’s financial education and independence programs, and nurturing relationships that support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach (online and offline), attending meetings and networking events, following up on leads, and reporting on business development activities and results. The individual will collaborate with the team to refine strategies, share market feedback, and contribute ideas that enhance program reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in sales, business development, or client acquisition, including outreach, follow-up, and negotiation.
• Understanding of or genuine interest in financial education, personal finance, and helping others become financially independent.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time freelance capacity, and meet agreed targets.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person activities in Tangerang and remote tasks using digital tools and platforms.
• Strong ethical standards, a service-oriented mindset, and motivation to create positive social impact through education.
• Prior experience in networking, community engagement, or training facilitation is an advantage but not required.
