What You'll Do

• Counsel prospective learners for UG, PG, Online, Executive & Certificate Programs.
• Understand career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Guide candidates through admissions, eligibility, fees, and documentation.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
• Maintain follow-ups and update the CRM.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates (Bachelor's Degree mandatory)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in Education, Sales, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Customer Service, Healthcare, Telecom, or any client-facing role is preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
