Freelance CX Solution Architect – Loyalty / API Integration (m/f/d) For a CX and loyalty project within an international retail environment, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d) . Project details Start: 1 September 2026 Workload: 2.5–5 days per week Duration: Initially until the end of March 2027, with an extension beyond go-live planned Location: Mainly remote Onsite: One-day workshop in Hamburg Project language: English Region: Europe, with availability during European business hours Responsibilities Define the technical target architecture for the CX and loyalty solution Review existing API documentation and system landscapes Define the required APIs, integrations and data flows Conduct customer workshops to clarify technical requirements and required data Coordinate with business stakeholders and development teams Optional: Support the technical implementation of integrations Requirements Experience as a Solution Architect within CX, loyalty, CRM or e-commerce Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures Experience defining target architectures and technical solution designs Experience conducting customer workshops Fluent English Department Freelancing - Projects Locations KPS Dortmund, KPS München Remote status Hybrid
