Freelance Document Controller (Part Time)

Part-Time Freelance Document Controller Gillespies is a highly acclaimed Landscape Architecture practice that is seeking a part time Document Controller in a freelance capacity to support our project delivery team for a large project in the Middle East. The role will manage document control, submissions, transmittals, and revision tracking across digital platforms. Strong working knowledge of Aconex KSA/Middle East and Autodesk Forma is essential. The role can be remote , although candidates based within the Europe–Middle East time zone are preferred to support issuing deadlines and daily coordination. It is anticipated to be 1-2 days per week but at its peak, up to 3 days per week. Initially it will continue until December 2026 with the hope of the role continuing throughout 2027 upon the Client's instructions to continue.
