🚀 Hiring: Remote Google Ads Specialist for an Online Psychology Practice

I'm looking for an experienced freelance Google Ads Specialist to help grow my established online psychology practice, The Therapist Abroad.

🌍 Fully remote. Long term opportunity.

I provide online therapy in English and Dutch for adults living abroad, and I'm looking for someone who knows how to generate high quality therapy leads through Google Search.

Please only reach out if you have:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads for therapy practices, psychologists, therapists, counselors or other healthcare providers
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking
• A track record of generating qualified therapy leads

I'm not looking for:

• SEO
• Website redesign
• Social media management
• Meta/Facebook Ads
• Agencies

My website, branding and booking system are already in place, so I'm looking purely for someone who can build, optimize and scale Google Search campaigns.

As a solo practice, I'm not looking for a traditional agency retainer or high monthly management fees. Instead, I'm looking for someone who is open to discussing a performance based compensation model.

If we work well together and the campaigns perform, I'm looking for a long term collaboration.
