Freelance Graphic Designer / Mechanical Artist (Remote, Flexible Part-Time)

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Freelance Graphic Designer / Mechanical Artist to support our creative team on a flexible, ongoing basis. This fully remote role offers approximately 4–6 billable hours per day, making it a great fit for designers who want creative work with the flexibility to balance other commitments. This position is especially well-suited for professionals who thrive in a predictable, fast-paced environment during the core business hours of 10 am-2 pm and value a flexible schedule, such as parents or caregivers who may need availability around school drop-offs, pickups, or other family responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and produce a range of creative assets, including print collateral, digital media, website graphics, and logo/brand identity materials
• Apply strong principles of typography, color, layout, and brand consistency
• Prepare production-ready files and mechanicals for print and digital output
• Collaborate with our Creative Manager to implement the design direction already established by the national client
• Translate project briefs into high-quality visual solutions for a national client
• Manage assignments independently while meeting the project timeline
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and production/mechanical design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concept development and production execution
• Deep understanding of design best practices for print and digital media
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team
• Strong time management and organization skills
