Requirements Job Summary: Seeking a Freelance Recruiter to source and assess candidates for various roles. Collaborate with hiring teams, and contribute to building a diverse workforce. Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates from various platforms, including Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, etc. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. • Manage the ATS and coordinate interviews. • Assist in offer negotiations and maintain recruitment metrics. Qualifications: • Recruitment experience, preferably in a remote setting. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Any Bachelor's degree Working Conditions: • Fully remote position, flexible hours may be required
