Freelance Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer , you’ll shape how the world experiences our brand across digital, print, video, and emerging media. What You Will Do: Design & visual creation Design beautiful, brand-aligned visuals for digital campaigns, web, social media, internal comms, events, and presentations. Create digital ads for growth and performance campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Develop visually engaging eBooks, flyers, brochures, event materials, and large-scale visuals (e.g., banners, signage) with a solid grasp of print production standards. Maintain a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and color to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Tools & Systems Design efficiently in Figma using design systems, prototyping, and handoff best practices. Create reusable assets and templates. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs. Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude and Gemini for ideation, image generation, and content creation. What you bring: • 5-7 years of experience in branding • In-house experience within a B2B environment preferred • In-depth experience with Figma and Adobe Suite (illustrator and photoshop) • Affinity with AI tools Practicalities: 6 month long collaboration 3 days a week At least 1 day/week at our office (Amsterdam Noord)
