The Building Scheduling Specialist’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to; verifying orders with clients and contractors, consistent communication of updates to clients and contractors with their schedules, and working hand in hand with the Building Coordinators throughout the installation process. The Building Scheduling Specialist should be able to manage a high workload, maintain consistent and effective communication with pack members, clientele, and contractor teams. This is a full-time remote position.
