Freelance Web Developer (Landing Page, Website & Job Applicant Page) Compensation: $1,000 USD Location: Remote Project Type: Freelance / Project-Based Project Overview We are looking for a skilled Freelance Web Developer to turn our completed UI/UX designs into a fully functional, high-converting website. The project includes building our primary landing page, core website pages, and a dedicated Job Applicant Page to streamline our hiring process. All design files (Figma/Adobe XD) will be fully prepared and handed over before development starts. Key Responsibilities Convert Designs to Code: Build a responsive, pixel-perfect website, landing page, and Job Applicant Page based on provided design specs. Core Website & Job Applicant Page: Implement a clean, well-structured Job Applicant Page with job details, candidate application forms, and smooth submission workflows. Performance & SEO: Optimize site loading speed, performance, and basic technical SEO structure. Cross-Device Compatibility: Ensure seamless responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Integration & Testing: Integrate necessary forms/APIs (e.g., resume upload, contact forms, ATS/email notifications) and thoroughly test functionality before deployment. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in building responsive landing pages and websites (frontend + basic backend/CMS capabilities). Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js) or flexible CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Ghost) depending on the agreed technical approach. Attention to Detail: Ability to faithfully translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web elements. Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, specifically landing pages, corporate websites, or web applications with form submissions. Communication: Clear, reliable communication and ability to meet agreed project milestones.
