Role Description As a Freelance Wellness Consultant at TherapyMantra, you will provide remote, client-centered wellness guidance and support focused on mental and emotional wellbeing. In this part-time role, you will conduct virtual wellness consultations, help clients set realistic goals, and recommend personalized self-care plans and resources aligned with TherapyMantra’s programs. You will educate clients on holistic wellness practices, such as stress management, resilience building, and lifestyle adjustments that complement therapeutic care. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with mental health professionals when needed, and participating in online training sessions. You may also contribute to wellness workshops, group sessions, and initiatives that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Wellness knowledge, including holistic health, stress management, and lifestyle counseling.
• Sales and outreach abilities to help clients understand suitable wellness programs and encourage appropriate enrollment.
• Experience in Training and Coaching clients or groups on wellness practices and behavior change.
• Background in psychology, counseling, coaching, public health, or a related field (formal education or recognized certification is preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote, digital environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort using online platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic productivity software; prior telehealth or online consulting experience is an advantage.
