We are looking for a results-driven professional who combines business development, client management, carrier negotiation, and shipment execution in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prospect and build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage customer accounts and understand their shipping needs.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and secure reliable capacity.
• Coordinate shipments from pricing through final delivery.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and carriers.
• Monitor margins and ensure profitable load execution.
• Manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a freight brokerage environment.
• An active book of business.
• Established industry relationships with clients and/or carriers.
• Experience in client management or business development.
• Experience coordinating carriers and executing shipments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on growth and results.
• Advanced English proficiency, comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM CST

Friday: Early finish, around 4:30 PM CST
