Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Forwarder. The Freight Forwarder will manage day-to-day coordination of international shipments, including booking cargo space, arranging transport by road, sea, air, rail, and multimodal services, and tracking shipments from origin to destination. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shipping and export documentation, coordinating with carriers, agents, and customs, and ensuring compliance with international regulations and customer requirements. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, providing shipment status updates, resolving service issues, optimizing routing and costs, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Freight Forwarder will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable freight transportation for global customers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Freight Forwarding and Forwarding skills, with experience managing end-to-end logistics operations.
• Candidates should possess Export knowledge and familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and clear communication with clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Freight Transportation knowledge across road, sea, air, rail, and multimodal routes.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience using logistics or freight management software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are highly valued.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple shipments and deadlines, and communicate effectively in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in international freight operations within the Middle East, CIS, or related corridors is an advantage.
