Freight Sales Executive
to support the growth of its domestic and international logistics business.
What You'll Do
Drive new business development across domestic and international freight services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Sell logistics solutions including Domestic Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage.
Prepare customer proposals, pricing, and contracts.
Partner with operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Manage sales opportunities in CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
Build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
3–7+ years of freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL sales experience.
Existing domestic and international book of business is highly preferred.
Proven success in new business development and account acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline.
Stable employment history with consistent career growth.
Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary:
$80,000–$100,000
(based on experience and book of business).
