Service & Problem Solving: Provide vital after-sales support by resolving customer complaints, handling order returns/cancellations, and tracking delayed shipments. Cross-Skilling: After your first 30 days, you will be trained to seamlessly manage both sales and service interactions on demand, turning you into a highly versatile customer expert. Language Capabilities: Native or C1-level French, alongside a B2 English level to handle corporate communications and onboarding training. Technical Benchmarks: Competency with basic PC systems and MS Office. You must be able to type $\ge25$ words per minute with an accuracy rating of 80%. Familiarity with iOS and MacOS is considered a distinct advantage. Communication Style: Strict adherence to the client's demand for positive language and top-tier professionalism.
