French-speaking Account Executive to become part of an international sales organization in
Madrid, Spain. This role is a great match for professionals with experience in
B2B sales, business development, inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation who are eager to grow in a results-driven environment.
You'll play a key role in expanding the business across the French-speaking market while managing prospects from the first interaction through to conversion.
About The Position
As a
French-Speaking Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring new customers and developing commercial opportunities within the French-speaking market.
Rather than managing only one stage of the sales funnel, you will oversee the complete journey: identifying opportunities, reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, presenting the solution, managing trials, and successfully closing subscriptions.

The position follows a
hybrid working model based in Madrid.
Please note that applicants must already be living in Spain and have the legal right to work there. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition across the French-speaking market
- Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through to contract closure
- Reach out to potential customers through proactive outbound activities
- Conduct approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Identify customer needs and qualify commercial opportunities
- Deliver product presentations and online demonstrations
- Guide potential customers throughout their trial experience
- Convert qualified prospects into active paying subscribers
- Contribute directly to Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth
- Manage and follow up on leads provided through internal systems
- Keep sales opportunities moving efficiently through the pipeline
- Monitor and achieve targets related to sales activity, demonstrations, conversion rates, and revenue
- Ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired customers to the Customer Experience team
Your Profile
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Currently residing in Spain
- Legal authorization to work in Spain
- 1–6 years of professional experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or another commercial role
- Background in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales is highly desirable
- Comfortable speaking with potential customers and initiating conversations through cold calling
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by commercial success
- Comfortable working toward ambitious KPIs and measurable sales targets
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Able to perform effectively in a dynamic and high-volume sales environment
Working Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00
- Friday: 09:00–15:00
During the onboarding phase, flexibility is important. Depending on operational requirements, working hours may occasionally need to align with
US time zones.
Compensation
- €30,000 gross annual base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Monthly commission target of €600
- Performance-based commission accelerators:
- Below 80% of target: x1
- At 80% of target: x1.3
- At 100% of target: x2
- At 150% of target: x3
- Quarterly accelerator: employees who maintain an average performance above 150% during the quarter can receive a 3x multiplier on commissions for the entire quarter

Hybrid Work Arrangement
This position combines office-based collaboration with remote working flexibility.
For the first
four weeks, you will work fully onsite in Madrid while completing onboarding and training with the team.
After successfully completing onboarding, employees who consistently achieve at least
70% of their performance objectives can benefit from up to
50% remote working flexibility.
After this initial period, onsite attendance is generally expected approximately once per month. Any travel expenses related to mandatory office visits are covered by the company.
